Return Policy
RETURN POLICY
If anything happens to your earrings in transit please notify us immediately. We ask that you let us know within 5 business days of arrival so that we can determine how to move forward.
At Laurel Handcrafts, we pride ourselves in making accessories that will last years to come. We know things can happen, especially with handmade items, and if something you purchased breaks please email us and we will assess how to move forward. Repairs for items that broke at no fault of the customer within 30 days of receiving the item will be repaired/replaced at no cost. Anything after 30 days will be reviewed on a case to case basis and the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The earrings must be in new and unused condition, with no signs of wear or damage.
- The earrings must be returned in their original packaging, including any boxes or bags.
- The return must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please contact us at kt@laurelhandcrafts.com and provide the following information:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
We will then provide you with instructions for returning the earrings.
REFUNDS
Once we receive the returned earrings and confirm that they meet the return conditions, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
